- Payment is required in advance for hosting services
3.3 Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work commences on website development projects
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before website launch
- Hosting fees are billed monthly and must be paid in advance
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects in a timely manner. However, timelines may vary depending on:

7. Hosting and Maintenance

7.2 Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend hosting services if:
- Payment is more than 7 days overdue

8. Intellectual Property

- Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and content you provided
- We retain the right to use project screenshots for portfolio purposes

11. Termination

- You may terminate services with 30 days written notice
- All outstanding payments must be settled
- No refunds for completed work or monthly fees already paid

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- Payment is more than 14 days overdue
- Terms of service are violated
- The client engages in abusive or threatening behavior
